Reiki Level 1 Training: Shoden (first teachings) Usui Reiki Reyoho
Shoden (“first teachings”) is the initial level of traditional Japanese Usui Reiki Ryoho. The course focuses on hands-on energy healing experiences through treatments, group exercises, and meditation over three 3.5 hr sessions.
Please Note: The course happens on 3 Saturdays January 4, 11, & 18th. When buying tickets only purchase one ticket for January 4th (you do not need to buy separate tickets for 1/11 & 1/18)
Key elements include:
- History and principles of Reiki, focusing on its founder Mikao Usui
- The five Reiki precepts (Gokai) for daily living
- Hand positions for self-treatment and treating others
- Meditation techniques
- Four Reju (spiritual blessing)
- Practice sessions for self-treatment and treating others

Upon completion, students receive a Shoden certificate and can practice Reiki on themselves, friends, and family.
